Household Moving Services
As you may know, a household move describes when people pack up the belongings in their home and move to a new location. A household move can be local, intrastate or long-distance. A local move is short distance and can be within the same county, city or even neighborhood.
An intrastate move (not to be confused with interstate moves) is moving within the same state. A long-distance move means you’re moving your household goods across state lines. A long-distance move can also be referred to as a cross-country move or state-to-state move.
It’s important to know what type of move you’re preparing for because that will determine the steps you’ll need to take leading up to it.
The hardest part of any move is knowing where to start. There are a million things to do and it can be difficult figuring out how to prioritize them and fit them into your schedule. Lucky for you, we’ve been moving household goods all over the country since 2003. We’ve narrowed the process down to a science and are eager to share our expertise with you.
